Made for The Sketchbook Project 2015, Topographies is a collection of locations and longing. Each year of my early adulthood was so inexorably tied to a city and each city to a person. As I've grown, the feelings once associated with that person have become a deep homesickness for a point in time I can never recapture.

Each image was painted in coffee - the sole constant from city to city.
